The loud noise disturbances from the bar below were unbearable at night!!! slow service during busy periods left me feeling overlooked, and poorly maintained facilities need attention!!! Missing standard bathroom amenities were also quite inconvenient!!!

vibrant, vibrant, vibrant
I stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved the spacious, modern Twin Room with a Private External Bathroom. The live music events added a fantastic energy to the evenings, making it an enjoyable place to unwind after a busy day. Plus, the menu's variety included delicious carvery meals served on Sundays, a real treat for hearty food lovers!
would recommend 😊❤️

Helpful staff made our experience better, particularly when they found us a first-floor room at no extra cost. The food was a real highlight. both meals we had were delicious and offered great value. service was inconsistent, as we faced delays in ordering and receiving our starters. While we enjoyed the grilled dishes, our experience was marred by the lack of organization during a busy period.
