Incredible and brilliant location, we liked staying here.
We were offered an airy room with the bar, shared bathroom, as example. The restaurant was great, and the staff accommodating and polite.

spacious rooms with modern decor, accessible to local attractions, outdoor igloo dining
The loud noise disturbances from the bar below were unbearable at night!!! Slow service during busy periods left me feeling overlooked, and poorly maintained facilities need attention!!! Missing standard bathroom amenities were also quite inconvenient!!!

The hotel was incredibly friendly and perfect for us. Most of the staff were lovely. The location was great and brilliant, so close to garden area, the restaurant below, and a local pub, in a quite pleasant area. In the evening we visited Paprika Indian Takeaway, set a few steps away from the property...

Helpful staff, particularly when they found us a first-floor room at no extra cost. The food was a real highlight. Both meals we had were delicious and offered great value. Service was inconsistent, as we faced delays in ordering and receiving our starters. While we enjoyed the grilled dishes, our experience was marred by the lack of organization during a busy period.
